Relationship Officer (Personal Loan )

Job Description

Job Summary We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Relationship Officers for the Personal Loan and Home Loan departments. The role involves generating leads, building customer relationships, explaining loan products, collecting documents, and coordinating the loan approval process. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome, along with experienced candidates from Banking, NBFC, Finance, Insurance, Sales, or BFSI backgrounds. Key Responsibilities Generate leads for Personal Loans and Home Loans. Meet potential customers and understand their financial requirements. Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation. Collect and verify customer documents. Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement. Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals. Achieve monthly sales and business targets. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan process. Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity reports. Eligibility Graduate in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, Insurance, Sales, or BFSI will be preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones. Target-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
